Pros

Open culture, associate friendly, okay benefits, not that great salary but decent

Cons

Not much productive work, too many managers, conflicting business plans, layoff, bad managing of layoffs, no communication to laid off employees, it is good till you are with company. After tht it turns sour and not so good feeling about organistion culture

Layoffs are healthy?

Pros

Good people. Good benefits. Average pay.

Cons

When the CEO says, “[Layoffs are] a healthy thing that you have to do every once in awhile”, you can never feel secure in your job. Especially if layoffs aren’t based on what you are contributing and only to what your title is. What is the incentive to give your best if it is irrelevant?
