- Lacks standard processes, although our particular project is trying to compensate for it in other document oriented ways. - Lacks efficacy when it comes to inter-team communication and work. - Incorrect prioritization and ordering of multiple team dependent requirements. - Opinionated: Sometimes(when not essential enough) few project members have the last say on implementation logics even if you come up with newer and more optimal solutions.
