Pros

Amazing co-workers. Some of the nicest most talented people around who are absolutely dedicated to their roles. There is not anyone who would not take the time to help you with a problem.

Cons

The company has gone adrift from what it once was.

Pros

Work from home policy. RedHat recharge days and sick days

Cons

Opportunity to growth is becoming more limited. Pressure on revenue has forced layoffs and the outlook might be worse for the rest of the year. Additional work due to task force reduction and no salaries increases even when company still growing year over year.
