Pros

Remote, can work whenever I want

Cons

Difficult to identify stakeholders due to a lack of formal organization, minimal work-life balance, and no one likes to make decisions. Also, the company grew to rapidly and resulted in systems and processes that aren't scaleable at the level the company is at now.

Pros

Some of the best coworkers you can ask for- lots of smart, passionate people. You have the freedom to work on projects that interest you

Cons

Antiquated view of giving raises that are all based on spectrums Leadership is completely disillusioned by the amount of burnout happening on the ground floor. Lots of change for the sake of change
