Pros

Great Products Great People High Integrity Customer First

Cons

Eliminated the insides sales org (huge mistake) Overloading the sellers with 2 jobs (inside and outside) Over-processing the sales process (countless training, business plan updates, and miopic updates for weekly forecast)

Pros

Compensation is good. Respect of the company is positive. Industry leading technology in several areas.

Cons

IBM making changes to corporate culture. RH employees being eliminated in favor of their IBM counterparts. I suspect this will happen to other acquisitions like Hashicorp. Customers do not like IBM sales teams as much as RH sales teams. IBM sales teams not as familiar with RH software and technology as RH employees.

Pros

Great work life balance but beware the AI bots

Cons

CEO doesnt value the whole of the company, only interested in engineering function. Thinks he can replace everyone else with AI bots
