Pros

Great talent, some great middle managers, some great tech.

Cons

Terrible senior leaders and execs. No real focus except for "current shiny thing". The culture that was such a differentiator for 25 years is dead after the IBM acquisition.

Pros

Depending on your team, you could be granted a lot of autonomy.

Cons

Especially through the IBM acquisition, politics run the show.
