Pros

Lots of flexibility. Knowledgeable and fun colleagues. Lots of opportunities to stretch oneself and interesting technologies. Much emphasis placed on openness and collaboration which is refreshing.

Cons

Hard for new employees with backgrounds in highly political and hierarchical environments to get to grips with at first

Pros

Endless opportunities for a innovative worker because of open environment. Very good work life balance. Sometimes manager act as a jerk, but not at the same extent of other KPo or captive units. Very good on-site colleagues. Continuous learning and development.

Cons

Very limited on-site opportunities. New CFO putting a lot of pressure on Money. Even employees salaries revision is delayed.
