Pros

Great place to work based on meritocracy. People are amazing, smart and challenging. You get to work on the best open source projects out there. The whole company is pretty transparent, no silo, and you can talk to people without having any sense of hierarchy. A lot of trust, nobody is going to manage you on a daily basis and tell you what to do if you know what to do.

Cons

It can be hard for some people to work in such a place where most of the time you're not told what to do.

Pros

Benefits includes Health Insurance, Life insurance, Dental and Health Care, Transportation, Lunch. Career opportunities are really good and managers always approve and discuss changes and new challenges.

Cons

Working in Red Hat has few things to say about cons. Mostly offices are in downtown, and it is a bit far for most of the employees.
