Pros

Learned a great deal from the tech-savvy community. The leadership believes in transparency and for the most part delivers. Office environment is very modern in an awesome location. Company has good relationships with its corporate partners and is well-respected with its customers.

Cons

Still figuring out how to promote reward individual contributors on development teams. Sometimes struggle in getting rid of dead weight. There is a notion that people can transfer around the company, but this turns out to be very difficult and a lengthy process.
