Pros

Red Hat is a great place to work if you love open source. Most decisions are made based on transparency, openness and how it will impact the community. It is 'in their blood'.

Cons

While transparency is the goal of the company, there are fiefdoms that are about building their kingdoms and not working together. This can be discouraging and what played a role in me leaving.
