Pros

The company has several offices al over the world, and is remote friendly too. There's great and very knowledgeable people, and you'll get to work with very interesting projects with a lot of flexibility.

Cons

The salary could be better. The schedules can be quite hectic at times. And they should try to integrate remote workers better.
