Pros

The culture is very open and flexible. For the most part, employees can work from anywhere. There is definitely a "technology" company culture.

Cons

It's a growing company and that has lead to communication channels being unclear or non-existent. While it's easy to get in touch with management, communication of ongoing activities seems to get lost.

Pros

Comfy environment with slow pace. Can learn a lot if willing to. No strict working hours. A lot of smart people you can learn from.

Cons

The slow pace can make you lazy and you can actually start rotting there. Need to stay sharp and don't let the lack of discipline to lower your standards.

Pros

Flexible work hours. Work from home option. They value people. They don't sit on your head, rather let you take the accountability on your own.

Cons

Annual pay rise is not yearly and irregular.
