Pros

Some very smart and inspiring people from all around the world work here, and it is great to work and solve problems with them on software that helps drive so many businesses world wide. Great flexibility working from home, and while spending time abroad.

Cons

Hours can become very long due to not enough investment in having enough people. The flexible working hours go some way towards making up for that though.

Pros

Red Hat is the leader in making Open Source innovation consumable by the enterprise, and there's a lot of appetite for that.

Cons

Like many growing companies, there are occasional growing pains. Nothing unexpected.
