      Time to sell some salami

      Pros

      Good salary, flexible work environment, some flexibility in job assignments, not too demanding with bench work. Management is responsive to your opinions and suggestions. Management generally asks if you are comfortable with assignments.

      Cons

      Sometimes isolating fro remote employees. Management is not afraid to throw consultants into situations that are less than ideal. They can send you into an assignment alone where you have no experience with a product that they sold you on as an expert.

      Pros

      Fast growth provides new openings and positions and a lot of chances to move up fast. There is a lot of training and upper management truly supports you.

      Cons

      Fast growth presents change and sometimes it's hard to keep up. Other then that I can see no downsides.
