Pros

Great office environment in the city, diverse people to work with. Really fun place and have lots of excellent conversations. People from all over the world. Free snacks!

Cons

Not much of a career path. Need to do more open source. Not enough time to contribute to upstream.

Pros

- Good management - Promote learning - Up to date tech

Cons

Bonus system is calculated oddly - you have to work on 60% billable hours in a 3 month period to get full bonus. If you are working on non billable hours i.e. doing internal work, or unpaid work for a customer but work none the less, you lose out on your bonus. We had a quiet period where there was projects in the pipeline but they were a few weeks/months off starting. I was doing fulltime work on a non billable project and because of this I lost my bonus, even though I was still working hard.
