Pros

- face paced - tons of internal mobility - low tolerance for non-performers - growing company

Cons

- not enough investment... doesn't match pace of growth - financial recognition and reward trails efforts - tendency to "squeeze too much blood out of the turnips" You can have work-life balance, but you have to insist on it.

Pros

Very open and you can learn a lot and work your way up if you are determined and hard working.

Cons

There can be a lot of bickering inside the company, especially between sales and support, but if you just ignore that and work hard it won't really affect you.
