Pros

- cool people, people who are willing to share knowledge and information - flexibility in giving suggestions and recommendations (but does not mean all will be considered) - Additional days off for employees as company holidays - Stock options given at a fixed % each year

Cons

- Many initiatives and projects are corporate driven - Lack of processes - Plenty of manual workaround required - Have to deal with inefficient systems and applications - Lack of business planning

Pros

Smart people, pretty well organized, and supportive of employees. There is good work to do and you really can feel like you are changing the world.

Cons

Their growth creates challenges with communication and with conflicting assignments and priorities. Some folks (mid-level managers) are rather taken with themselves. Pay could definitely be better.
