      Pros

      Red Hat is an amazing place to work so long as the market is wanting what we sell. We're used to success and our culture is a biproduct of it.

      Cons

      Red Hat is not accustomed to being squeezed out by other open source options. When the money is really tight though, some companies choose the cheapest path.
