Pros

Work life balance, good culture, nice office locations with garage parking, people who are fun to be around

Cons

SALARY SALARY SALARY after two years of harsh inflation, the only compensation we get are higher salary ranges - this automatically doesn’t mean you get a pay rise. You have to fight for every penny and many times it is useless. RH is well known for its lacking salaries but in the past 2 years it only got worse.

Red Hat Nordics

Pros

Competent co-workers, friendly attitude, supportive colleagues who go above and beyond to assist one another.

Cons

Conservative old fashioned in-house developed Business model in transformation to become more streamlined according IBM Business rules. How this transformation will change Red Hat is still to be determined. The commission plan and target settings form the fundamental rules governing all Red Hat operations and sales. The drawback is that Red Hat leaves potential opportunities on the table if you pursue a business case beyond your assigned accounts, with no one else held accountable.
