Pros

Great benefits, good salaries and used to be good bonuses, leading edge and open source which is interesting.

Cons

Lost a lot of its community feel, the company values encourage you to be authentic and who you are, but if your manager doesn't like that you're on thin ice. I'm not sure ho much of being part of IBM is driving this. Word is that there will be no promotions or bonuses for the remainder of the year (2025). More and more people on stretch projects, so your day job plus something that you'd like to do, or have been asked to cover. It's causing a lot of burn out.
