Cons

Low Compensation as Compared to Tech Giants Team Politics Politics are there in very Teams. Upper Management supports my Just Manager a lot that all feedback against her went to deaf ears. The team got nearly emptied and still, s(he) is not fired or transferred.

Pros

Lots of talented coders, high standards for developers

Cons

I have no autonomy; every decision is made for me. People don’t want to listen to ideas or opinions. The testing frameworks are closed-source and nobody knows why; if you ask why, then people get mad at you.
