      The company truly exhibits the open source philosophy with a dedicated internal team who reinforces the open culture of meritocracy.

      Cons

      The open organization process can feel like decisions take longer to become finalized, but the outcome is better in the end.

      immediately very large network, above-average pay, many very nice colleagues, very free access to information, training and free choice of computer

      Cons

      Very strict hierarchies that are not discussed, many pointless processes and meetings that are constantly reproduced without results, many secret circles that all work against each other. Big difference between the propagated values of openness and freedom and the actual structures and behaviour, especially of the management.
