      I work with great people and good management. Lots of flexibility, and room for improvement. Solid benefits. Very open culture - questioning is a good thing.

      A bit less than standard pay.

      The people I work with are great. I have respect for all levels of management that I've had any interactions with. The culture is open, supportive, and understanding of a persons life and goals.

      Pay isn' t necessarily where some competitors are.
