Sometimes things are getting stuck, a lot of different opinions and variance because working on open source projects, sometimes redundant extra bureaucracy

Pay was OK. Work from home

Cons

Since it's been bought by IBM they are no longer an open source company and they have a very toxic working environment. The managers are corporate and sharing is no longer caring The bonuses have also been diminishing and RSUs are none existing
