I want to highlight the people who work in the company, they are the best the company has. The company does not play with speculation at the expense of the people. It is possible to be full remote. Very good work-life balance.

Cons

Salaries are below what the market offers. It's hard to get a promotion and if you get a bad manager forget it happens.
