It's the best community of open-minded people, techies are passionate about FOSS software, it's in the culture of the company too. Best colleagues you can find. Great work-life balance and ground-level management priorities are valuing people as greatest asset of the company - and that feels.

Cons

Pay is under the market levels, and company has slided more to coproration style after IBM acquisition.
