Pros

Good Teammate, More Sick days available for everyone

Cons

-Feel like the company doesn't have a clear vision, last year they fire lots of people, and they said this is not going to happen again, and this year they fired people again. -Less flexibility than before, -No promotion, -Less Salary increase, -When you talk about something bad, no action happens to change it,

Pros

Great coworkers- but that can't outweigh the poor culture

Cons

Management does not care about the people- only the bottom line. No one cares how much you work- you are expected to work nights and weekends Frequent layoffs Lots of money pressure Horrible clients
