Pros

I really enjoy working with such a talented, smart, fun and dedicated people. Everyone here is full of experience which motivates me to keep learning and growing. Lots of lunchtime activities and opportunities to do fun things outside of work as well. The refrigerator is always full of ice cream, generous benefits package, massage chairs, ping pong, Xbox, and PS4 is an added bonus.

Cons

None really. This is such a great agency to be a part of

Pros

The pay was great and benefits are pretty good too. The CEO really cares about the employees happiness and is willing to go to bat for anyone of them. Ping pong, Xbox, and PS4 is an added bonus. It's a pretty great place to work.

Cons

Like any company they have their problems. For Red Olive it's been the growing pains. They've been working to resolve the main issues but it's pretty hard to nail down any new processes when the process changes every other week.

Pros

Great people to work with. The work is top notch and you're expected to excel. Rarely expected to work long hours. Red Olive gives good opportunities for people to move up.

Cons

Hard to really say anything is s con. I guess the pay could be a little better.
