Pros

They hire really great people and treat employees like people. They take on great clients and its a very fun environment to be in. I miss it.

Cons

Company is so small that the benefits are super limited and when hardship hits, they dont have enough money to keep employees on.

Pros

This company is always striving to be better and do better. There is a culture of excellence at Red Olive with every person on the team pulling their weight. Red Olive is an agency that considers themselves part of each client's team. We are all invested in our client's success and so we collaborate closely with some of the largest company's in the West. You'll have the opportunity to work with leading companies in several different types of industries and your expertise is respected and highly valued. The company takes a hands-off approach to tasks and you are self-directed and not micromanaged. You'll be given plenty to do though, and your days will fly by quickly with interesting and fun projects. There is a collaborative team approach to prioritizing and getting projects done. My coworkers are all highly skilled individuals who are courteous and respectful. The environment here is modern and up-to-date and there is a fun vibe in the office that is nevertheless quiet so each person can focus on their work. Free ice cream, soda, and coffee and lunches are brought in often. Plus, you have a half-day off on Fridays which means you have meaningful weekends and a wonderful work-life balance. This is by far the best company I have ever worked for with some of the most knowledgeable leaders in the business. You will be challenged, engaged, and you'll get to learn from the best of the best in the digital advertising world.

Cons

The work here is so interesting and varied that you may actually want to work overtime.
