Great managers in finance, fun atmosphere, lots of company activities, kind co-workers, ability to work remote when needed.
Cons
No review for raise until the March after your one year anniversary. I wasn’t told this when hired and I definitely would have asked for more when I was hired if I’d known I wouldn’t get a review for over a year. I was really upset about that.
