Competitive pay and good benefits. Good management and colleagues. Realistic expectations and honest feedback.

Cons

Don't feel like part of the core employee base due to working time limited projects. Company promises a lot of employee support and training but it never materializes. Unlimited PTO is scrutinized such that actual PTO may be substandard.
