      Bad management, very little work done

      Able to do very little on a daily basis and get praised for it

      Cons

      Management doesn't really pay attention to what you do, and in many cases, doesn't even really care. If I had a concern about something and brought it up to my team lead, he'd usually shrug it off or he'd act like he cared and then let me know he forgot about it when I asked for an update. They also canned their DEI lead while I was there, when I thought DEI was the best part of the organization. If they didn't fire them, I would've had that as a Pro.

      Unlimited* PTO Large company with plenty of room for growth and change Fast growing client base Companies future is very solid and job security is high

      Cons

      The scrutiny of remote employees Remote employees segregated from onsite employees and valued less than onsite employees Management can't be trusted and often over a period of time can be caught in narrative manipulation to achieve company goals different then what was said months to years prior Forcing remote employees to change positions or quit if they will not move to onsite Cutting pay for those remote
