We are happy to hear that you are enjoying our company culture. As you mentioned, our company has grown quite a lot in the past few years. While this growth phase is quick, it shows that our company and team members are making fantastic work and progress. Through that growth, we are continuously hiring quality individuals into the organization to support this rapid growth and assist with the workloads of our current team members. We are working to continue to keep our internal teams strong and organized by promoting internally, setting up pipelines where individuals can move laterally as well as vertically, and supporting them with the resources they need. We are consistently working to retain our amazing team members with a fair and generous compensation package and benefits, as well as regular award and recognition programs. If you have any further feedback, we strongly encourage you to reach out to our HR team, as we would like to hear your comments. This will provide us insight into how we can assist further. We’re glad you took the time to provide us with a review, your feedback is greatly appreciated!

Pros

Unlimited PTO Remote work Cool Learning tool like CBT Nuggets

Cons

Managers calling people "that guy there or that girl there" Contracts taken over from CWPS never reviewed which result in PMS being blamed for things out if their control No cohesiveness with internal teams , example needing support on resolving an issue gets pushed to the side Leads speak to you as if your not knowledgeable Leaders allowed to lead but told "we know xyz can be abrasive ", then why is he still with the company. Contracts aka business owners don't know the Contracts they supposedly manage. Your sold alot of pomp abd circumstances when you get hired then it's all smoke.

We appreciate you taking time to review Red River. We work very hard to maintain a culture of Respect at Red River as one of our corporate values. We are disappointed to hear your experience described as something that does not represent that value. We encourage all of our team members to connect with our HR team regarding any concerns they have. We would welcome the opportunity to hear from you. If you would like to provide any additional details, please email us at HR@redriver.com. We are working on continuing to build strong teams across the organization and making sure that all teams have the resources and support that they need to be successful. Thank you!

Pros

Remote is the only thing I liked about here

Cons

NOC Management is just too abusive, - Title is NOC but it is actually a Help Desk job - no structure - No respect from the manager - always pressurized by the manager - No space for appreciation - no matter how good you are!! NOC manager will still find a way to abuse you - Do NOT WASTE your time please like I did here unfortunately

We’re sorry to hear that you have a negative perception of the company. We strongly encourage our team members to reach out to our HR team if they are experiencing any issues with their team or manager so that we can discuss and work together to resolve any problems that may arise. We strive to show our appreciation through various avenues, including team-wide shoutouts, peer and/or manager nominations to our awards given out multiple times a year, as well as our annual awards. We’re glad to hear that our remote work was a good fit for you, and thank you for taking the time to provide us with your valuable feedback.
