Pros

Red River is a fast-growing company with a mission and vision for the future that is clearly communicated to employees, making it an exciting and fulfilling place to work knowing you are a part of something big, both in the Upper Valley of NH as well as in the USA. This is a company that is well-managed, is thoughtful and deliberate about decisions, strategy, and growth, and is focused on its sustainability for years to come. Red River invests heavily in its employees and shows how much it values hard work.

Cons

There is a great employee culture at Red River, and our culture is something we talk about a lot. However, with growth culture can change. We are currently trying to find the right balance of maintaining the culture of a small company at our roots while allowing evolution of that culture due to growth, both in size and in geographic distribution.

This company continues to grow year over year and there is so much potential for movement an growth within the company. The culture is built on the foundation of teamwork and hard work and giving back to the community.

Cons

Sometimes we're moving too fast and we don't keep the rest of the company up to speed on recent successes or big wins or company news.
