Pros
Hard working atmosphere, professionals, good pay, and friendly. Sandbaggers and slackers don't last long and with the growth of the company, there is plenty of room for personal growth. Compensation is good (especially for the area) and management pushes for continuous improvement, then increases compensation after you better yourself to match your increased value. Focus on long-term growth is great (as opposed to quarterly bottom line) and recognition is distributed where earned. There is a lot of pride, but fewer egos. I've been with the company for 2 years and love coming to work because of the people and camaraderie I feel here.
Cons
The growing size of the company means that culture is going to change, and hiring new talent inevitably results in picking up a few poor fits. PTO = Pretend Time Off, but is self-inflicted and due to the feeling of responsibility for your own job.
