Pros

On-site employees get company perks like meals. Decent culture and team building atmosphere. Peers will help you if you ask. Decent pay and benefits. Remote work option for many positions. Supportive Supervisor.

Cons

Benefits are a little expensive compared to some employers, but not the worst I have seen. Documentation can be out-dated leaving you to guess what to do. Internal processes can be very unclear at times, but they will still be annoyed that you are doing it wrong. Lack of man power on some internal support teams can leave your team without the help you need. They are trying to hire to correct this. Project overload at times. (Fairly common in IT)

We appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review! We’re so glad to hear that you are enjoying our leadership, company culture, remote work, great benefits, and compensation package! We are continuously working to improve so we thank you for your feedback. We have a varied range of markets that we do business in, including the federal government, enterprise, as well as state, location, and education customers. While we are focusing specifically on those areas now, we are growing and are always looking for more opportunities to expand and diversify. We do our best to ensure everyone is supported. As far as project overload, we always encourage every one of our team members to reach out to their manager and our Human Resources team with any concerns they may have, whether that is in regards to workload, or internal processes and documentation. They can assist with ensuring documentation is more frequently updated when processes change. We realize that we have a fast paced work environment and are continuously working to ensure everyone has the resources to succeed at their jobs. Please reach out to our HR team at HR@redriver.com; we encourage your feedback.
