Pros

MSP Space so there is always a need

Cons

Everything else! Even if this is your last option for employment DONT TAKE IT! The leadership will literally chew you up and spit you out. Their main agenda is making money and not caring about their customers. They are spreading roles thin to try to maximize profit. Red River of Today is not the same as the one from prior leadership. Culture is non-existent and support is nowhere to be found. The leadership of the department CG will cuss and verbally abuse staff while the COS will talk a big game on culture and striving for growth while doing the complete opposite. Whatever you do dont work here!!!

Pros

- Learn a wide range of systems -Learn to multi-task -Remote work / Hybrid Work

Cons

-Advertise at philanthropist, but after leadership change that is no longer the case. Stop advertising you are still supporting Philanthropy, you cant even give your own employees a guaranteed raise every year -Next point: No guaranteed raise. You are in a rat race with the rest of your peers to be a top performer to then be considered for a raise -PTO is very hard to get, and they did Flexible PTO because that kind of PTO your employees are less likely to take PTO -In house IT sucks, no offer of ergonomic keyboards, mouse etc. Only does bare minimum -Stare at a screen all day with every single second of your day tracked; When working on tickets you "Start timer" so that they can track how long you spend on a ticket. Your whole day at work to the second is tracked. You get penalized for not meeting productivity of 85% tracked time. This means that you will be stuck to a computer screen all day long -Management can be harsh, work load is tremendous, and expectation bar is very high
