- Unfortunately, some contracts in order to win, you have to be the lowest priced and technically acceptable. So if it wasn't Red River, it would have been some other company that bid lower - Contract uncertainty, you don't know if funding for your contract will continue or if the requirements change your position might have been eliminated - depending on the longevity and size of the contract, your willingness to travel to other contracts within the umbrella of whatever organization, growth potential is limited potentially.
