-Quick hiring process. I got an interview immediately with their online system for an immediate date and started work shortly after. -Starting pay at 19.62 isn't terrible for quick and easy employment -Corporate model is pretty streamlined. You're flipping burgers, building burgers, or throwing something in the fryer. Company has cards available to double check yourself on the line for anyone inexperienced

Cons

-Company ain't doing so hot right now. Look at the stock prices, they speak for themselves. The CEO has changed more than once in recent years. They tanked their managers pay, GMs and the like took a pretty big salary hit in the last few years. -No bussers. Average kitchen drama. Building and the equipment inside wasn't built to the highest of standards
