      - Engaged, passionate team and infinite creative opportunity - Unique challenges and a plethora of technologies to learn and apply - Face-time with leadership and opportunities outside of work to share ideas

      Cons

      - Occasionally sporadic priorities and fast-paced hotfix needs - Legacy code often requires attention and upkeep - Takes time to build trust with management, but worth the time to engage and bring them close to the code to understand the challenges and tasks

      A great place to learn with even better people!

      Pros

      Red Technologies provides an environment for growth and development. Management is open to ideas for improvement. Micromanagement does not happen here and individuals are given plenty of room to utilize his or her talents to make a positive impact.

      Cons

      Not necessarily a con, but growth is incredibly fast here. Some days it's hard to keep up, but frame it as a challenge to yourself and you'll come out better for it!

      Not a good place to work unless you are close to the manager.

      The company doesn't really care a person's interest nor a career goal. The software manager will only give chances to someone he is close to.
