For a company culture that tries so desperately to be cutting edge and "inclusive", RV ultimately alienates employees. Exs. gender-neutral bathrooms with exposed urinals, gender pronoun overemphasis, and employee resource groups. The ERGs highlight differences: they're a chance to complain and make fun of other unsuspecting coworkers who are different, all under the guise of being a "safe space." Expect to spend your time giving kudos in Slack and hearing the words "feedback" and "comfortable" constantly. Inclusion? Delusion would be a better word.
