      Ability to make a lot of money, fun contests to win prizes/boost morale.

      Stressful environment. If you don't meet their goals for a single month you can be fired very fast.

      They RUN thru Employees Faster than A Man getting chased by the Police

      The amenities of the office, capabilities to receive income....

      Cons

      They run thru employees so fast due to the way they treat them. Unfortunately, they are not about building something in a Democratic way, instead they want to do things like Dictators. They want you to work when they want regardless of preference of schedule, one week you might work days and the next you might work from 5:00pm to 1:00am.. The commission structure can change at anytime.. So, if you are a young salesperson that needs to be led then this is the place.. They are the master and you are the slave. Being treated with respect and being a part of a TEAM is more important than getting paid, because if you are talented then you will get paid wherever you go.. Lastly, be aware that they micro mange you and treat you like you are a beginner no matter what your level of experience is.. I made more money at other places before working there and after working there. The facilities were not as nice, but the money and the way I was treated was significantly much better...
