Pros

Great remote work flexibility, good work-life balance, good benefits

Cons

Compensation is just ok, gossipy culture, teams and roles are frequently being shuffled, leadership often inserts new steps into existing processes without consulting the employees most closely involved in the work that end up making operations less efficient/ more time consuming with minimal benefit, CEO has main character syndrome

Pros

Great coworker and a nice campus!

Cons

Upward mobility and pay compensation are very hard to negotiate. Raises are only small bumps.

Terrible job

Pros

Work from home environment was nice

Cons

No one from my team is still employed there. Day by day, gradually everyone quit. Training is poor, and the lead qualification was awful. Pay is nearly starvation wages and it takes forever to actually get any commission payments.
