Pros

All the amenities you could ever ask for and support for personal and professional growth. The bowling alley and beer garden are definitely a plus!

Cons

Occasional long hours and trouble disconnecting at the end of the week. The email never stops and everyone communicates at all hours of the day and night expecting a speedy response.
