It is a fast paced environment so you have to make sure you are ready to work hard and make your own decisions

Pros

The people - you'll hear this again and again. I'm working beside extremely intelligent, motivated and fun people who make this an amazing environment. Great amenities - basketball court, fitness center, subsidized meals, fitness classes, bowling alley, etc Opportunity for responsibility - If you work hard and go a good job you will get noticed and will get the chance to take on much more responsibility than you would anywhere else.

Cons

Work/life balance can sometimes be a struggle, but I believe this has improved greatly since I have been here. Pay is a below market rate, but the opportunity exists to increase pay following performance

Great company uncapped commission. Not to mention the amenities Basketball Gym and bowling alley.

Cons

You take a lot of phone calls daily. Need more break time in between each call
