      Pros

      Good to get your feet wet and sponge all the sales experience up. Get ready to go the extra mile every single minute in management because its expected to or you're falling short of whats expected. You'll need to commit 100% to success by working addtl' hours at work and from home or you'll fall far behind the talent curve.

      Cons

      Very little but demanding on management that are in it to get off the phones and walk the floor. If you're in it for a break off the phones, STOP and focus on your sales goals! Lots of chiefs very little Indians @ times.

      Challenging work. Great corporate culture. Ownership of your work and results. Tremendous benefits. Opportunity to manager your own career. Brilliant co-workers -- all my managers so far have McKinsey / HBS pedigrees. Risk-taking / entrepreneurial environment. Willing to invest in emerging technologies. Great place to learn cutting edge digital marketing analytics -- world-class in paid search, natural search, display, and in-house technology integration. Work side-by-side with highly capable engineers. Really fun / adventurous coworkers. Invest in world-class facilities to retain talent (bowling alley, indoor basketball court, etc.). Merit-based upward mobility. Opportunity to gain equity. Still private company so can maintain long-term focus and investment discipline.

      Cons

      Slightly below market pay for entry-level analysts. Can be long hours if you're on the sales operations side.
