Pros

If you're young you can gain work experience but beware you have no say in how you spend your day. You are at the complete mercy of the company even on your days off they expect you to come in and work and if not they find reasons to fire you.

Cons

Company does not seem to want their sales force to be super successful. They take all the positive and turn it into a negative by transferring calls to certain people and changing on a drop of a dime the matrix on how you make your commissions. They fire people by going through all the employees calls and no one is perfect so they find that one they can pin on you, putting you on coaching which you sign so you are basically signing your job away. It's a turn style company.

Pros

There are some nice people to work with

Cons

The company is a joke, especially the San Antonio Office. The people are not professional and there are a lot of immoral things that happen in that office. You can become a manager in less than 6 months, and it's because the turnover rate is so high.
