Pros

Lots of give-a-ways and incentives.

Cons

They're able to switch you to different departments every other month and give you 2nd or 3rd shift hours.

Pros

Ability to make some large monthly commision checks, (3k-4K) as a top performer. Youthful work environment with generally good people to pass the time with.

Cons

Darwinian at its worst. Sales team managers are constantly under pressure to maintain stratospheric goals, so even it you had the most sales for the year and then happen to land on a bad month, your head could be on the chopping block like everyone else's. Had to also defend personal sales ethics on multiple occassions against Team Leaders who wanted to push unethical sales tactics on the team in efforts to reach goals and beat other teams. Unsavory.

Pros

They are rapidly growing and the potential for income as a sales person is true but it is not all truly uncapped

Cons

If you don't fit in with the culture you could be let go at any moment
