Pros

Red Ventures is by far very different than any other company I have worked for in the past. For starters, you get out of Red Ventures exactly what you put in. If you show up for work everyday with a positive attitude wanting to learn, in exchange you will have a positive experience learning and growing overall. It is not like a lot of larger corporate companies where it takes 4 months to make one decision and to start one project. Red Ventures is a fast paced, high spirited company that truly exemplifies an overall "work hard, play hard mentality". One of the greatest aspects of working for Red Ventures is that you get to work with some of the brightest, most analytical thinkers out there, on a daily basis. Also, you get to have fun and enjoy yourself at work. it is not completely out of the ordinary for teams to partake in office games, such as put-put or nerf contests, in the middle of a Friday afternoon. Red Ventures has a great culture and I am very happy to have the opportunity to work for such a fantastic company.

Cons

Parking can be limited since we are growing so quickly!

Pros

One of the most fun and exciting places to work, its a very fast paced and upbeat environment. But at the same time were always striving for excellence in people and their performance. I can work a 12 hour day but it seems like only 4 hours with how fast the days go by. I started out in an entry level position doing sales and answering phones but there is such rapid advancement that I have proven myself and moved up throughout the company over time.

Cons

It would be nice to make more money here, but doesnt everybody want that at all companies?! The company requires a very flexible schedule for sales positions and is performance driven, so if youre not able to work with the company or apply the training you receive it may not be the best fit.

Pros

Pretty easy product to sell, If your good at persuading people this job will be easy. It is extremely repetitive but if you can read a script and do what your told they do have a QA bonus on top of your commission.

Cons

Comp plan changes constantly. the goals change every month.
