Pros

If you're early in your career and willing to put in long hours, you can climb the ladder and get promoted relatively quickly.

Cons

For the last 3+ years, the company has been more concerned with pinching pennies than growing or maintaining a long-term business. Private equity will suck the business dry.

Pros

Good culture, usually decent WLB, lots of learning opportunities for business analysts

Cons

Engineers are treated as cost centers, very little B2C product experience in the org, frequent re-orgs that kill momentum if you are a victim
